Heritage Kitchen
Heritage Kitchen is open to guests of The Old Hall, Crab Hall and Lobster Hall as well as to non-residents. We’re open:
- From 6pm – 9pm for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday
- From 12pm – 3pm for Sunday Lunch
Our Head Chef, Luke Halley, has worked as a professional chef for over a decade. Luke’s experience in both Michelin Star restaurants and smaller local bistros serving soulful food has fuelled his passion for good food – whether fine dining or gastro pub style.
Luke brings his experience and enthusiasm to Heritage Kitchen. You’ll find traditional British cuisine, but with a multicultural modern twist to the dishes which always champion locally sourced, high quality ingredients.
We will be serving lunches through the week and on Saturdays again from spring 2025.
